Umbraco or Sitefinity: .NET based site set up

Need to implement a 50-page web site using Umbraco or Sitefinity under .NET. This is a standard brocureware site. The only special functionality this needs is user authentication for access to any pages on the site.

Need estimated time (number of total hours) and duration, as well as hourly rate, for performing the work.?

Need to see a list of other sites for which you have performed Umbraco or Sitefinity implementations. Would also like recommendations on the better choice between Umbraco or Sitefinity in terms of extensibility, maintainability, and ease-of-use by the end user for administration of content updates, etc.
