Reverse Search Engine Lookup

This program will need to supply a search field where a reverse search engine look up is performed on as many search engines as possible.
The website interface should look like
[url removed, login to view]
in the way it lists the keyword/s and keyword/s around that particular one you typed in.
This system can use the Google API and any other API to do this as long as it is relevant and meaningful data such as Top keywords or anything else which can be gathered this should be included as a reprt that can be generated.
The script must not be performing any illegal look ups or violating terms of service.
Please only bid on this if you are familiar with this type of programming and can supply this in the required time-frame.
I am looking for someone who can provide more than what I have asked for with other ideas and scripts that will supply meanigful data for an Internet Marketer when looking up Keywords.
I would require the complete interface to work as a website.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Code woudl need to be Classic ASP.
No PHP or ASP.NET unless Classic ASP can interact with it by posting XML data or something of that nature.
Windows Server 2003 with IIS 6.0 with Classic ASP and PHP and ASP.NET installed.
