87805 Phpbb forum

Hi, I want the free forum (phpbb). It can be an existing style that will match the logo, or that will look good. Or, you can create a skin. I need a 120x600 Skyscraper spot on the right side along the forum and a 468x60 Full Banner spot on the top. I need to be able to self add those coupons. Like I will just copy and past the html code from ie. CJ and past on the spot. Because I don't know html. Maybe a back end. I need the forum ready to run, installed on my [login to view URL] account. Full Screen, not centered, or left aligned. I wanna keep the things simple, so it cannot exceed $90. thanks
