Online Todo List

I would need an online system developed in ASP.NET & MSSQL which simply keeps track of several todo lists. The system would need the following functionality: 1. Add Users (People who will be logging into the system to add/view todo items) - one special 'Admin' login will have the option of doing this 2. Add/Modify projects - one special 'Admin' login will have the option of doing this. When doing this the Admin can select which users have access to which projects. Users who have access to projects can see the project and the items in the todo list. 3. Login - this feature will allow a user to log into the system 4. View Projects - this feature will allow the user to view all the projects they have access to 5. View Todo List - this feature will allow the user to view all the items on the todo list. User should be able to filter by both Project, status & dateadded. 6. Add a todo item - this feature will allow the user to add a todo item to a project. When an item is initially added it is by default the status of "Requested". User can optionally mark an item "Private" in which case it can only be seen by himself and the Admin 7. Add a todo comment, status - this feature will allow the user to add a comment and update the status of a todo item. (Admin must be able to add & delete status' - for example: Request, Pending, Completed) 8. Logout Notes: Must be completed in ASP.NET & MS SQL. All SQL queries must be made through calls to stored procedures. All stored proecdured, stored functions & table names to begin with todo_sp, todo_func & todo_tbl.
