You are bidding to convert the current form to an online database where... Please look at the screenshot attached. 1) The main staff member 'admin', would have a master login and would be able to invite other staff members to use the system - these embers would receive a login to their email... 2) Staff members create a new form to start to fill in (or continue a saved form) and then save progress or send to client; new fields can be create as they go... 3) Staff member would be able to view all the forms and each would have a note for whether it has been... • Filled in fully • Sent to client for signing • Been signed by client 4) Once a form has been completed by the staff (they talk through this over the phone to the customer) The customer will receive an email link and login like staff members do, but can only sign the required boxes. 5) Once it has been signed it is marked in admin and the customer receives a pdf copy.
