Financial Planning As of right now, there is only a brief description of the services provided. The information provided so far has to be elaborated to provide the clients with a comprehensive idea of the services with better details of each of them. We also have to add the option of Virtual Office services to clients who plan to sign up for Incorporation services. Overview: The project will involve modeling the 5 components according to the business specifications followed by successful technical implementation. Why recreate the wheel? Project Plan: After researching different E-commerce models which relates to Peter’s businesses, I have short-listed a number of websites which resembles the kind of services provided by Peter Advani. We can implement customized versions of these Ecommerce models, depending upon which model best meets our business criteria and specifications. Conclusion: The project involves significant planning followed by technical implementation. Practically speaking, we are trying to integrate 5 different business components into a corporation website. Most of the companies specialize in each of the business services we are trying to provide. Hence bringing all of this together will require a considerable amount of effort and communication on a regular basis. Before implementing we need to set up detailed specifications of every model based on the discussions we have.
