Email script with PDF functionality

Links are just examples of what I would look for. Variables would not be the same but I name them easy names so it is easy for you to see what they do.

Part 1

I would send a url

This would bring up a catelog of letters.

Date Created , Name of letter ,

Options would be New, Edit, Delete

There would be a set of default letters that they could not delete that I can create and place in the system. Users will be able to create and name their own letters. These are html letters. I have attached an example of how I would envision the html letter editor. I would like spell check and options for colors. I know spell check can be done with a activex control and I do not have a problem purchasing that peace or any other peace that would help this project move quickly.

User can name it what they want but our id must be unique to allow for many usrs

This would store and catelog their letters.

Part 2 - the mail merge

userid shows set of letters that user has. The letter id would be the letter to merge. The database on our server in DBF format. User We just create this link for them to click on and mail merge the letter they created with the database to create a mail merged pdf properly formatted and paginated. Pagination is important
