Clone of Link directory script with rating/review

I really like the Free link directory script available at [url removed, login to view], called XD Link Directory. However, I am not that familiar with ASP and I am a little confused on how to integrate it into my websites (the template shows duplicate buttons and <else> <end if> and I am not sure if I have to include both...and it will become one button or what), plus I would like it to be more SEO friendly.

Maybe you have a similar script on hand that will require few modifications.

I would like a link directory script with all of the same features as XD Link Directory. I am listing some of the features that may not be apparent at first glance...like cloaked links.

A php version of the script if possible; or download the script, make it more seo friendly, install it on your server test it...correct any bugs, then write detailed directions on how to integrate it into a website template. Please specify which you plan on doing with your bid.

If the script is rewritten or you use your own script, it should have clear, easy to understand directions on how to install and integrate the script into a template. Plug in modules like the link directory at [url removed, login to view] is ideal.

LInk Directory Script should cloak links that are input into the directory, so that I can link to affiliates without revealing either the affiliate id or base url.

The script should have both categories and subcategories. I mention this because I believe an earlier version of the XD link directory only had categories....no sub-categories.

Must be capable of adding links via both the admin panel and the user panel.

Links submitted via the user panel, need to be approved by admin

Scripts should be more search engine friendly.
