This is a project for people has already developed something similar, I need it cheaper and urgent tha is the reason, my customer needs a working solution asap. We are working with another programmers at Scriptlance but they can't accept more jobs these days, it's your opportunity to start working with us. As always we will have full rights over the script and we share the profits with you, but frankly there is no plans for sell it at this time. We pay 70% when you finish the job and 30% 30 days after. You must give 3 months of support for fix errors and if we decide sell the script you should support the script for unlimited time and take care of upgrades, in that case we will sign a contract. If you can't finish the script in 5 days, even from scratch, please don't bid, you don't have the experience or tools needed for develop serious projects. Its not really a dating site its more like a friendship site joined with a gallery of pictures voting site. Could be developed over existing scripts, but I don't want most of the functions of that sites. Access to browse and check profiles its free, for join, send messages, answer, etc the user must be registered. Must be build over our own design, we give the basic design, css styles, logos, etc. Must allow multiple languages starting with English and Spanish. Must be template based, total separation between code and html, we prefer Xtemplate but other systems are allowed.
