Interactive Tutoring Website with Virtual Whiteboard

ABOUT THE WEBSITE This interactive tutoring website will be dedicated to tutoring chemistry online. It must have a virtual whiteboard environment to which the tutor can interface a drawing tablet. Preferably, it should have availability for a student interface, permitting two-way graphic and speech communication between the tutor and the student. There must be a means for both the tutor and student to login securely. The site must be e-commerce ready to accept payment from clients. Actual records of time (hours, minutes) spent online with the tutor must be available for accurate charging of students and payment of tutors. Whiteboard video capture of the tutoring session would be desirable. Every page must be SEO friendly, and the site must run FAST. Average load time should be less than 2 seconds (less than 1 second preferable). Storing files on a CDN is desired. ABOUT THE DESIGN Absolutely no Flash or Java whatsoever. I want to be able to modify this website myself, and not be locked into the need for a developer/webmaster. Currently I have a WordPress tutoring site that gives me complete control over every aspect, however there are no interactive whiteboard features. My current site has an Articles section for the posting of scholarly articles which have driven the site from ZERO to NUMBER ONE in Google in 6 months without paying anyone a single cent. The posting of fully SEO optimized scholarly articles is requisite. I want to add my own images freely without the need for developer assistance. VIDEO I want to have a video section for short tutorials to draw in clients. The site has to run FAST, so whatever method of doing this that is pleasing to Google is desirable. Again, CDN could be the answer. ABOUT ME I don't do "bait and switch," nor do I haggle. Please just give me your best price for quality work. I can easily integrate the WizIQ App into my website without anyone's help, however I would prefer a fully integrated site.
