Create a Hospital Management website

Hi there folks, I have a idea of a hospital management system which works online. The hospital will enter the details of the patient on the website and it will be stored online. The extent of the features of the website goes as far as pharmacy management and prescribing pills. This is a fairly simple project for a developer who knows his/her php & mysql well enough. Do get back to me for further details. I can't describe the entire idea here. I need developers who know what they are doing. I don't demand much. All I want is the programmer to know what I'm talking about and design accordingly. Some other requirements are 1. Please don't state a high/exorbitant price for a simple designed project. 2. Know your ability and skills, please don't waste my time. 3. Bid for the entire website, no half or quarter rates. i.e you are bidding on the project until its completion. Thanks.........
