Build or tweak a wordpress plugin and tweak website.

We are building a social network / video sharing website using wordpress/buddypress/bbpress. We will need our template (We are using [login to view URL]) tweaked after we get it set up. We will provide several sites as references for how we want it to look. We will also need the buddpress profile pages tweaked. We will have a demo for how that will look. We want a video uploader, much like RT Media Pro([login to view URL]). It may be possible to use their plugin and customize it the way we need it. We want an upload button on users profile page, vidoes will be posted to their timeline and to a "latest" section on the frontpage of the website. Uploader must work for all media file types. We want users to have the ability to embed thier videos in bbpress post and comments. We can finalize everything after the project is awarded. This will be growing project and the winning bidder will surely receive more work in the future given that they do a great job on the first part of the project. This project will be broken into two milestones, one after the website/ buddypress profile is tweaked and one after the uploader is completed.
