picture enhancement in photoshop

i have about 40 pictures i want you to do the following:

1- enhance as much as possible

2- turn into black and white

3- remove the background

4- ave as 300 dpi

many of the pictures are for food labels, my concern is to make te calorie figure on the label clear. i am attaching a sample so pls make me a sample
