Designer Needed for Info Graphic Designed Page for Website

NOTE: This project can be split into 2 projects, one for design & the other for development if the same team/person cannot do both.
We are looking for a designer & developer that can design this info path (attached in PPT). Once designed it will be used for the web. It needs to be developed to be SEO friendly.
**Requirements:** We would like the designer to do a small portion of the design and then be able to give feedback on the initial design and then the designer would make necessary adjustments and proceed with completion of the design.
**Design Style:** People and graphical style should look similar to the "Sears Blue Crew", but designed using images of professional business people. See examples of designs that we want to emulate at the **very end** of the PPT. Designs should probably be done using Adobe Illustrator (vector art) for easy sizing.

## Deliverables
1. Needs to be compatible with most web browsers.
2. Developer needs to avoid use of javascript so that content will easily be able to be spidered by search engines.
