eCommerce Home Page Re-design

We currently operate an eCommerce enabled website. We are not entirely convinced that the design we are using is as good as it could be. We would like you to look at our existing homepage and come up with a completely new design and layout. In the end, we would looking to receive a Photoshop (.psd) file for the home page that we can start working with. If there are rollovers, javascript menus or other functional elements involved, we would expect to receive those as well. Needs to work in IE & Firefox. We are a PC shop, any fonts need to work on a PC.
I should? mention though, that we are not looking for something that mearly looks nice, there should be some thought put in to how it is layed out and why? We will be looking to find out why the new design submitted might result in more people buying as opposed to just looking.

We will publish the url of the existing site to prospective bidders once it gets narrowd down a little. Forgot to mention, no flash please.
