Revise hardware and write software for a timer.
Timer schematic is available.
Timer needs no be configurable via Windows based application also to be written.
What needs to change:
Timer Inputs need to be software controlled as to if it is a high or low input. Currently jumpers are used on the PCB.
2 Of the Inputs must be configurable to read voltage from 9V to 28V
Micro USB needs to be added to the PCB to allow PC USB bootloading/configuration.
The 1 output must be changed to 2 Outputs.
Both Outputs must be current sensing and allow software limiting of outputs when configuring Timer via PC.
Outputs should not exceed 5A @24VDC
LED should incate SW version on power up, eg. Blink-Blink, pause Blink Blink to indicate 22
The allowed PCB size is limited.
Low power consumption is essential.
Component spesifications:
Readilly available hardware of a good quality.
Preffered Microchip : PIC
Components SMD where applicable.
Windows Based Application:
The application should serve as a configuration tool having 2 users.
Basic and Pro.
Basic Functionality:
Select saved configurations and load it to the timer.
Pro Functionality
Create configurations and save to software for later download to timer.
Should work as ladder logic enabling On delay, Off delay, Voltage parameters etc. eg. IF voltage below xxV Delay off "x"seconds. etc.
Set configuration number (to be indicated on hardware when powering up... blink-blink pause blink blink (22))
Current Schematic and gerber available
I will require the Complete project file on completion, inlcuding pcb layout, code and project code.
