Electronic circuit design - PCB design - circuit built

We need a person with electronic circuit design skills that can also design the PCB and do the final circuit assembly. The circuit would be based around the Sensitec sensor AFF756. We would need to be able to have an analogue output signal from the sensor that can be recorded with a standard data acquisition card. There will be a few external components to provide flip coil current (HKB from IC-Haus), an analogue amplifier chip (LT1028) and probably a frequency generator. Details of the circuit can be found in the datasheet of Sensitec AFF755B sensor (Fig. 8, 9) and we will also be discussing this via phone/Skype to ensure the circuit will meet our requirements. We expect this project to take about 8 h.
