Descripción de empleo<br />Services Lead<br /><br />The Services Lead (SL) position is a strategic services role within the Services Latin America Team as a critical enabler for the growth and predictability of our business in Argentina. The SL works to develop and implement services sales and solutions strategies driving engagements oriented to help customers and partners realize their potential through the accelerated adoption and productive use of Microsoft products and technologies. <br /><br />This role is responsible for the regional services business for Argentina, one of our largest and fastest growing practices. The SL will drive overall field Services Strategy for the Geography, provide a single services focal point and leadership of day to day field services sales and delivery. The SL will own establishing the Rhythm of Business within the region which includes reporting of practice critical measurements. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with and positively influencing decision-making client executives and senior managers in the Sales organization. The Services Leader is held accountable for developing and managing a professional consulting organization, finding the right balance in delivering great services in the market place, leveraging both MS and Partner resources, achieving financial results, customer and partner satisfaction, people development goals and operational efficiency.<br /><br />This person will provide thought leadership to the Argentina Services team and extended community in terms of industry strategic initiatives that will strengthen our competitive positioning in this industry. The SL is also responsible for driving communications to the appropriate audiences in the field regarding the Services strategy, state of the business and various regional needs.<br /><br />The Services leader must have senior business skills, the ability to shape thinking for future opportunities and the leadership to grow consulting services revenues in the geography. They will implement successful adoption of delivery Offerings, monitor solutions implementation and maintain high Customer and Partners satisfaction in an efficient organization. This role requires tactical knowledge and deep experience of Services businesses to properly manage and oversee the critical processes of the sales and delivery of services such as project estimation and risk/scope management, booking and operating principles etc. Strong strategic knowledge of Services businesses needs in the Argentinan market to provide conviction coupled with organizational agility to adapt or improve or eventually challenge the models in synergy with LATAM and corporate teams. <br /><br />The SL must have previous experience in selling services and/or products for this Industry and qualifications in a variety of sectors are preferred. The candidate must be able to transform, develop and maintain deep internal relationships with the <br />MS Enterprise Partner Group at strategic and tactical levels. <br /><br />Requirements:<br />BA degree required, MBA preferred<br />10-15 years experience in the technology industry coupled with 8-10 years experience leading practice areas or business units. Strong knowledge of operational and financial standards and a good understanding of Microsoft technologies are also basic requirements for this role. English fluency required, Spanish fluency preferred. BA degree required, MBA preferred.<br /><br />Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
