Reactjs/flux admin interface with SMS (real time UI and services)

I need an interface for a few users to manage customer profile accounts and send and receive messages with them. The UI needs to be very fast, the server side will be very simple but need to be very fast. The database we want to look at using is mongodb, for the customer profile and rethinkdb for the chat conversations and reminders. We will have the user interface send data to the server which will then send to twilio. The API for twilio is very easy to work with but we need to be sure we have a stable approach to messaging and queuing things. Would like to use the following Nodejs React/Flux Rethinkdb Mongodb - might want to make a queue, redis or similar [login to view URL] (admin ui theme) There are not a ton of features here just the features we do have need to be fast. If we are smart in our data model we can make this pretty simple and fast. Lets start taking about the initial needed items.
