I am seeking an experienced Strapi and Node.js developer to create a comprehensive job board similar to swissdevjobs.ch. This platform is intended to cater to both job seekers and employers, offering a large variety of features while maintaining a user-friendly and straightforward interface.
Key Features:
- Job Search Functionality: The platform should have a robust search functionality that enables users to easily browse and identify job opportunities that best match their skills and interests. A refined search process with filters based on the job role, location, salary, etc would be ideal.
- Employer Accounts: It is crucial to have dedicated employer accounts on the platform. These accounts should enable employers to post job vacancies with all necessary details, manage applications, track applicant status, and have direct contact with potential candidates.
- Candidate Profiles: I want a dynamic structure allowing candidates to create their own profiles, showcasing their skills, past experiences, and professional aspirations. It should also enable the application process directly through the platform.
- There must be an admin
Skills and Experience:
