Drupal / NginX install on Ubuntu 20.04LTS

Hello,

I'm looking for step-by-step written directions on how to install drupal on a fresh, fully patched installation of Ubuntu 20.04LTS with Nginx. You will not have any access to the server. Hopefully this project should be mostly gathering and consolidating existing documentation, whereby expediting and simplifying the project. Please use system packages and default repositories wherever possible. This will be installed on a physical server and not on any cloud provider.

Along with your bid, please let me know how long you estimate this will take and any additional areas / components that you would recommend documenting as well.
