Configure Multicast Streaming on Private Network

We required a smart netowrk administrator or a person who has a experience with video streaming services. We like to configure a Mmulticast straming using Windows Media Services and Windows Media Encoder. We required following : 1) We provide a access (if possible then remote desktop or tevmeiwer or Ammyy admin) of windows server 2008 and a work stations, multicast ip and ports. Worker need to configure this remotely on this private network. 2) This should support all the default features of windows media multicast application. 3) As many as node are able to view this multicast point on media player and on same link. 4) For any kind of network related problems worker need to provide exact suggestion to avoid if any. 5) After a successfully configuration we required a exact written steps with screen shots on .doc format. 6) Worker need to available on our suggested time on this Monday to configure and setup.
