STL surface from an extrusion

The purpose of the job is to create an STL file (standard tasselation) from an extrusion and cut the resulting surface with two planes. The input parameters are: 1) the shape to be extruted as an XML file (attached or a DXF) 2) the path of the extrusion as a set of point (possibily from a csv file) 3) the cutting planes as 3 points and a versor (possibly from a csv file) required output: An STL file. Technical requirent: The program should be written in C# and proided in source code, free to use and distribute in our application. We do not need a UI just a simple test project to select a different base shape. In the attachment I have included the examples: of the XML that we use and the corresponding DXF to check. If you prefer to use the DXF directly to read the shape it is ok but it is not mandatory Please provide a possible delivery date in your offer
