Hello, Let me summarize how can I build a predictive dialer for you in standalone server. 1. Stand alone server: it will be a dedicated server or vps server. 2. OS: CentOS 3. Asterisk Server will fetch phone number from SQL server. User ( agent ) will be log in a queue and waiting a call. When system call the number, if customer press answer, call will be connected with customer and agent. All will be code in php ( web app ) I can build a demo system on my vps.
