Web Design Job, SEO Job, Web Promotion Job

Hi I am posting 3 different projects please feel free to bid on any project. Websites Design Job I am looking for a very experienced web/ graphic designer to build a number of websites. We need perfect web design, perfect coding, optimized, etc.. and a person that is a very good graphic designer, with a huge portfolio. I am not looking for somebody to just copy and past text into a template, if that is what your business specializes in please do not respond to this job. I am looking for somebody that has a large portfolio full of world class work. Please also don’t send me long lists of programs that you are familiar with, the only thing that is important is your portfolio, and if your portfolio isn’t “incredible” please don’t waste your time, we are only interested in the very best people. The job would be to build 50 websites in a reasonable time period (50 days), the sites would be simple (only about 10 pages each) but they would need to look incredible, very sophisticated but simple at the same time. The job would involve design of the sites and including adding affiliate program banner and text links throughout the site. The site would also need to be basically optimized (meta tages, image tags, etc.). The most important part is that they look incredible, so again if your portfolio does not include world class designs or work on major websites please don’t send me a bid for the job. The theme of all the websites is online gambling, and we would provide you with the text for each of the sites. You would also be responsible for all graphic and image work (excellent work expected) , layout, navigation, etc. – and as a lot of the filler content on the site will be the same on all of the sites just displayed in a different way we want it made so that if we change for example a banner on one site it changes on all of the sites. Also note that each and every site must look completely different. Also as you are going through and making each site you may need to add and change titles or marketing slogans, etc. It is absolutely required that you speak English 100%, and can write in English at the same level as a professional from an English speaking country. It is also required that you understand marketing and how to get visitor to click on advertising. We make our money sending traffic to websites via affiliate programs links, nothing is more important than getting visitors to click on these affiliate program links, therefore in your bid could you please explain to me why you would be good at this, and what experience you have doing this type of thing. SEO JOB We are looking for a full time SEO employee with a lot of experience and a proven track record. This job would include all of the SEO work for a network of 10 sites, some bigger than others. This job would be very demanding and we would demand very good results on a weekly basis. It would also be good if the person for this job has some online gambling website experience, or experience in another competitive industry for example porn. Please if you do not bid on this work if you cannot also send me a very impressive portfolio of SEO accomplishments. Also send me a reason why you would be better for this job than the other people making bids. WEB PROMOTION JOB I am looking for approximately 1000 sign-ups for an affiliate program that promotes an online casino. I would need to get these sign-ups from visitors clicking on the affiliate links from my website. According to my current conversion rate this would mean approximately 1,000,000 visitors. (1 in every 1000 visitors is the current conversion rate). But please note that this job would pay per sign-up/ deposit, I am not interested in a million visitors that do not sign up/ deposit. So if it takes you 500,000 visitors to do the job, or 50,000,000 visitors it doesn’t really matter to me, the only requirement is that we get 1000 signups/ deposits. I also don’t care how you get these sign-ups, as long as it is legal. I have paid for promises in the past, and I no longer will do that. I will pay for visitors once they have signed up in groups of 50 or 100 visitors/ deposits, meaning when I have 50 new signups you get paid. To start out with in good faith we can do it every 10 visitors just so you know you are getting paid, but please do not bid for this job if you are asking for money up front.
