I have a partner company that asks me to upload a file through a webpage. I have to do this manually right now. I would like to automate the process. I have been told it is possible from the partner company. They explain the following:

There is no formal API or webservice to accept the file w/o webpage interaction.
However, it is an HTTP POST and you will need 4 variables (see below)
enctype="multipart/form-data" method="post"
("txtUploadcode")
("file1")
("email")
("count")
Provided these values are valid, the data will upload.
You are of course now responsible for parsing out the errors returned in the HTML

I would like you to write a vb.net function that I can call to upload the file for me so I don't have to open a browser. I will put the function into my windows service that runs nightly. I will pass it the 3 values and the file path/name to upload.
