Photo Rating Script ASP.NET MVC 4 EF (HotOrNot)

Hi,

I am looking for a simple script which let user upload their pictures and let others vote for the pics. A user needs to be registered on the site to upload and vote. All pictures needs to be approved by admin before they can appear for voting as we do not want adult content to be posted on website. A neat and simple design should be provided. Admin should be able to control the banners and should be able to add/delete users. A profile page should be there and an option to send pre defined message should be there on a user's profie. If someone wants to send a custom message they need to buy a monthly package for the same. Site should be designed using ASP.NET MVC / MySQL as DB/ Jquery-AJAX/ Entity Framework.
