Interface for hosts to import properties

Hi, We have a new Website and need a interface that hosts can import / upload their properties by interface with xml files. The owner provides us with two XML files. The first file contains master data and features of the property, while the second file includes data on the availability, prices and additional charges of the property. Maybe they can upload everything also in one file? All uploads shall be made on the User Dashboard from City Flat when hosts are registered. We need also a full documentation that other developers can create files for the hosts to upload xml files. Here is an example: Index 1.
