Database specialist needed - Need to restore 9.5GB DB from one server to another through FTP only

I need you to download a 9.5 GB database throuh FTP (no root access is available, no SSH) and restore it to my new server (full access granted on the new server) It is quite challenging as some of the database tables might be corrupted. For example we got this last new error message: "ERROR 1071 (42000) at line 29230: Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes" Magento knowledge required so that one would know how to handle a magento database and which tables to truncate if needed.
