Need to paint ( neon paint ) my compound wall -- 2

I want to paint the nativity scene ( christmas crib ) on my compound wall using neon paints, as I want the same to illuminate. Will project lights accordingly !!!!

As per the attached, i do have a couple of more pics and am open to suggestions as well.

Lastly, I will be making a cradle and placing our Infant Lord in it, rest has to be painted on the wall !
