Write an iPhone application

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Need an app, that opens straight up into your account without needing to provide a password. its for a cardboard collection company. The app will be used by suppliers ( up to say 1000 suppliers ) to inform us that their bin is ready for collection, and will be used our drivers ( up to say 10 drivers ) to manage the pickup process. Needing two buttons on the home screen, one small button for ACCOUNTS, and a large button for BIN IS READY. So when the supplier needs a bin emptied, they just press the app, the app opens up in their account automatically, and all they have to do is press BIN IS READY, and then close the app. When the supplier presses bin is ready, it logs on another screen with a map, that also has a point form of the pickups that are ready. ( This screen is only visible by management and the driver. ) When the driver presses a button to complete a job, ( subconsciously in the back ground ) it logs back into that account, sends them a message that the bin has been emptied, and does a credit card payment for us ( from the suppliers card details to our account ) and logs the transaction record in their account with the date and the amount. When the driver presses a button to complete a job, it disappears off the screen and the outstanding pick up keep shuffling up the screen. On the screen also is a live map with the outstanding pickups. The pickups need to be divided into two colours, the two colours representing pick up times between ( 7am – 5pm ) and ( 5pm – 4am )
