Employee recognition App for Iphone and Android which is to be used internally by retail and admin staff. We need a news feed to see all employees or to filter by teams. Teams to be set by Administrator and logins to be generated from staff email address. Recognition of employees through badge/achievement based system. Self recognition, peer to peer recognition, manager to peer recognition. Leaderboard for badges/achievements and ability to track/generate reports on engagement. We want employees to recognize co workers work and login to app to select the co worker from their team, select the badge/achievement and comment on what the co worker has done, then post to the news feed. We want to see who is being recognized and who has recognized them. We have looked at Apps like TapMyBack and WooMe but they are both not quite what we are after. We want something user friendly and specific to our company.
