Describe Job Seeking a Mobile app developer to create a single iphone application that allows users to access offline google maps for selected cities. Goals of Job - to provide a fully developed iphone application - to provide code for the application with complete comments in English - the application shall form the basis for further development and hence shall be modular and structured code. - application to allow for the following functions 1. Main page to include menu bar and map frame. 2. Menu bar 2A. Menu positioned at bottom of application 2B. Basic icons, 5 to be allowed for. 2C. First icon to be a city icon and remaining icons left blank (future development) 2D. City icon to open a new page with list of cities (eg. Tokyo, Melbourne, New York) - upon selection, return to main page and selected map to appear 3. Map Frame 3A. Maps for selected cities to be stored offline on iphone and maps to update when internet connection is established. 3B. Map to fill the main screen screen. 4. General 4A. color profile to be red, however template for application to allow for easily changing color and fonts. 4B. Portrait orientation only required Examples - Menu bar - iphone safari menu - Map frame - iphone Maps Price $250AUS Schedule 2 weeks Qualifications: - A work style that is detailed - Complete Elance profile - References or established Elance reputation preferred

I already have a working iPhone application that allows pretty much what you are looking for. It allows free text search to look for place. And then you can click a camera button that takes picture of what you are looking at in map. You can manipulate map (zoom, tilt etc.) before taking snap shot. It has a browser to see list of photos taken and then view larger image after click. The application is already submitted to AppStore. But I will be more than happy to share the code with you. And later on build upon this code to as per your requirements. This bid of $350 is just a place holder.
