Write an Android application

I need a simple (if there is such thing) app developed for a apple and android smart watch. The app is nothing more than a series of clocks. I refer to button in this as a touch screen button not a physical button On the main screen three buttons would exist (Button 1) Defaulted to a 25 second time and shows time remaining as counted down (Button 2) Defaulted to 40 second time and show time remaining as counted down (Button 3) Shows a clock that counts down and when is pressed will start /stop the clock Screen 2 ( Swipe left) (Button 4) On this screen will be a button for a 60 second time that shows time remaining Also there will be a button (button 5 )to allow changing of time from the default of 25 and 40 for button one and two. Screen 3 ( Swipe Right) This screen will show a timer clock in the center (the same one displayed on button 3) that will default to 15:00. If the clock is changed to a particular time different than 15:00 then long pressing the time displayed for 5 seconds will change the default to the time shown. Above and below the clock will be a plush and minus sign on the top and the bottom that will add minutes/ seconds to the clock and will look similar to below - sec + 15:00 - min + the - and + signs will add and subtract minutes or seconds accordingly The functionality of the program should be as follows The countdown clock should be mirrored b/w two and three. When the clock button is pressed on screen 1 it should start a second my second countdown, then start and stop as the button is pressed accordingly. should a second need to be added back to the clock it would be accomplished by swiping right then hitting the + button by the sec then tapping the clock on screen 3 which would return you to screen 1. When the clock hits 00:00 there should be a long vibration. This clock should also be able to be started/stoped by pressing the physical button on the watch From screen one hitting the 40 or 25 second button would start a countdown of 40 or 25 seconds respectively . By pressing the button again it will restart the timer/ i.e. both timers could never be active at once. these timers should send two short vibrations with 5 seconds remaining and 4 rapid vibrations when they hit 0. Screen two should have a sixty second button that likewise would not run simultaneously with the the 25/40 it would over ride either of those if existing ( last button pushed should always dictate). It will send to short pulses at 15 seconds and 4 rapid pulses at 0. The buttons should be clearly defined such it is clear and easy as to what button is being pushed.
