Write an Android application

I am looking for an Application which will have Paid Surveys , Mobile Ads and other Incentivized SDKs , it will have a Inbuilt Mobile Wallet so after each succesful task the prescribed points can be credited to the wallet . NOTE - THE UI AND SPLASH SCREEN SHOULD BE VERY ATTRACTIVE & THE APP SHOULD RUN SMOOTHLY EVEN ON THE LOW NETWROKS LIKE 2G OR EDGE OR GPRS The user can redeam the points in the mode of Cash , etc It will have a Refrell Code - Just for Employees so as to know the number of installs and the number of task done by their Installs . Push Notification - Incase of new task available with the cumulative of points that can be redemmed from all the task available . As soon as a task is completed - a push notification showing the number of points earned .
