Hello, I want your help building an Android Apps which displays server offline/online status. This project has multiple phase. I want you to start with Phase I, below are the requirements. 1. Single activity App with outline of world map(can be background image, only continent and ocean outline required.) 2. User should be able to zoom in and zoom out like google map. 3. Points in the map should be plotted using coordinate. 4. Points/server co-ordinate and status should be stored in XML file. 5. This activity should be very simple and fast with top-right settings button(dummy for now) and a FAB (dummy for now) Other requirement: Project should be delivered as Android studio project with minimum SDK IceCreamSandwich 4.0 Please quote your price and days required to complete this project.
