Windows Power Apps SQL integration

I need help by creating an App based on the new Windows PowerApps platform, using an existing SQL Server database for backend.

The app will be providing clients with notifications about their payments, service expiration dates , offers and so on... something pretty simple and clean.

I need help on the initial development, hoping I can continue with the rest of the design and integration. Further assistance will be needed for maintenance and upgrades.
