There is an app that does Tethering switching on Android:

The problem is that the app doesn't work on Android 8 devices.
We are looking for someone to either, Build an app that works on Android 8
This for the purpose of enabling / disabling the WiFi tethering.

The Tethreing app was an example app we don't own it or created it. We used it for Tethering but since was broken in Android 8. I did some digging and found some information about it:

We would need to build a new app based on that. Would you be able to do it and make sure it works? If so how long will it take and what would be the cost?
