Real estate and home furnishing mobile app with added proximity marketing feature

The required mobile app shall be a native app to be develop on Android and iOS platform. This app shall be used by the client to promote their real estate and home furnishing services to the mass. The brief about the project is as follows: Required Functions: 1. Bluetooth sensor for child safety tracker: The client shall be introducing a wrist band (containing the proximity based sensor-beacon) as a promotional purpose for tracking the child. The mobile app shall be able to connect with the wrist band through Bluetooth connectivity (BLE). a. hardware to be like beacon stickers/ wrist bands. 2. Real Estate: Once user login to the application, will view a Real estate related Tab in the home page. Tab shall contain: a. New project launch in list view- photo gallery, details of project, project amenities, specific offers, Buy/rent/sale details, Location details (Google map),Chat window for customer service b. Existing property option in list view – shall have all details as mentioned in 2(a) Real Estate tab shall have the features similar to the [login to view URL] property site (for reference only) 3. Home furnishing: There shall be a Home furnishing tab in the home page. Tab shall contain: a. Product catalog – Photo gallery, detail of the product, specific offers, price ($/AED/INR),add to cart, add to wish list b. Online buying options (payment gateway)-every product selected with details like quantity in the cart will have the option of online buying .On selection of buying option, payment gateway screen shall open with various paying option of cc/ debit card payment, net banking payment etc. with additional details like adding address for shipping purpose. Home Furnishing tab shall have features similar to the [login to view URL] site (for reference only) 4. Group update: Group update tab in the home page shall provide updates about – new trends in real estate/ home furnishing business, forthcoming plans/projects of the group and other miscellaneous updates related to the group. 5. Online customer care window- chat tab for general chat related to – real estate or home furnishing. 6. Admin Panel- There will be a web based admin panel for admin user. Admin user can perform the following activities: a. View wrist band user b. Can define property details with photo uploading c. Can define home furnishing details with photo uploading d. Payment transaction details e. Analytics reports f.
