Need a Mobile apps packaging mobile responsive website

Hi, Please find RFQ for the mobile apps. 1) We need to package a website (Responsive HTML web application) as a mobile app (preferable using tools like Phone gap/Cordova) 2) The app on first load should ask for the url and submit button 3) On entering the URL, the app should check the server to see if its valid and if yes, it should navigate to that URL and save that in settings. Unless they chose to clear the settings it should not ask the URL again. 4) App should be installable by app store or via file (like via .apk) 5) The app should open the url of our application (as mentioned above) and behave like an application, i.e. no address bar etc. The role of the app is to just load this link. First screen will be a input box to enter the url. On clicking login, it should check if the URL is a valid one and navigate to that url 6) All external links in the app should open in the phone's browser and not in the application it self 7) App should work in portrait and landscape 8) Certain links in the app open in a new tab currently, they should load within the same app and not open in browser. Please note certain forms open in a new window (target = “_blank”) those may need to open as normal 9) In all ways the app should look like and app and not like a web application packaged in an app. 10) Since this is a web app packaged to an mobile app, it should be cross platform - should work in IOS, Android, Windows etc. 11) Same apps should be made available as two applications.
