Need to build an android app to manage electronic card numbers already in our database. The app must work as it should or no payment. Must come with documentation and user guide. You will work with the existing developer in Chennai who has been working on the web aspect to integrate or if you have questions. This app will also have a WhatsApp like chat feature for users to communicate. We are open to tested and working open source code for the chat feature. Already we have this card management piece working on the web, but customers are asking for Android app to manage their cards Due to limitations of mobile, app, we will only do the basics functionalities. I'll discuss the full requirement with the selected bid. How to bid: The best way to bid is to send your Android app portfolio for review or demonstrate your mastery of android app development pitfalls. What development options would you use and why it is the best. Please do not send other peoples work. Nature of the app: This is an easy android app, just functionalities to push and pool, and display info that already exists in a database. Need an expert android developer with several years of successful work as a proof. Most I have come across have been a total disappointment sorry!
