Module(s) for iOS Obj-C Xcode project to read and decode LTC (SMPTE) timecode from audio input on iPhone/iPad

I need module(s) / classes creating that can be incorporated into an existing Xcode project with functions for reading LTC (SMPTE) timecode from the audio input on a iOS device (iPhone/iPad) and decoding the timecode for further use within the app. The deliverable here would be an Xcode project with classes for the timecode decoding and a simple display of signal level, frame rate and the detected running timecode all updating with a timer call in real time. The Clockit timecode app on the App Store is a good example of the functionality I'm after,, as is the basic function of the Timecode Toolbox app. 24,25,30 drop and 30 no drop formats need to be supported. Freelancer interested in this project should have a working knowledge of audio and timecode - there are plenty of sources online for generating test audio timecode files, or many hardware sound recorders can output LTC via.a BNC connector (additional hardware needed to convert signal level for iPhone and can be supplied or ordered online here: [login to view URL] ).
