Hello, I am Hermann, a scientist and software developer. In the past I created a couple of mobile games, among them a golf/minigolf game (the physics are very similar to the hockey physics) and some ball-physics games. I would offer to create the game either in a platform-independent way as HTML5 game and use the Cordova framework so it can be published to all platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Desktop, web, etc.) possible, or to use a native game framework like libgdx to have an Android-only version. Apart from the quick gameplay of Glow Hockey, the special effects need a lot of care; the result should be lively, but not distracting too much. Another issue to address is the computer's behaviour/difficulty setting. One way to adapt difficulty would be to change how far into the future the opponent can calculate the ball position, and maybe its "reflex time". What strong modifications from the original game do you require? Would you also need a single player and one-device multiplayer mode?
