Improve my flutter app's speed

I am looking for REAL flutter expert with firestore offline feature experience

There is flutter app working with firestore

I want to use this app in offline too

I am going to use firestore's offline feature

But issue is that firestore plugin only cache data about queried data at least one time

For cache all data from firestore, need to query all collections

So I called this query when log in app as async function

Here are my main issues of slow speed

1. It takes long time to get data from firestore with background cache query code although good internet speed

If comment background cache query code, app seems bit faster but still slow

2. I should show two related collections data in one page

(e.g 'User' collection with item column and 'Item' collection, show user info with item info together)

This needs double query to get related data

This also slow down my app's speed much

What is solution?
