Download & Re-Upload APK's for 4 Apps

I need someone that is familiar with Seattleclouds App Builder to work on this project. My budget is $20 to $30 MAXIMUM. 1) We have 2 Android Apps in the GooglePlay store (Free & Paid versions) and we have 2 Kindle Apps in the Amazon app store (Free & Paid versions). 2) We built these 4 apps using Seattleclouds Reseller account. Our apps no longer work in the Google and Amazon app stores because Seattleclouds closed down the Reseller's account. 3) We no longer have access to the old Seattleclouds account where the apps were created. We now have a new Seattleclouds account with a different Reseller. 4) We need an App Developer to download the 4 APK's from our Google and Amazon accounts, upload the 4 APK's into our new Seattleclouds Reseller account, update the APK's with new Seattlecoulds ID details, download the 4 updated APK's and then upload the 4 updated APK's to the Google & Amazon app stores once again. 5) We must make sure app names and titles etc remain the same, but they will be "Version 3.0". 6) We can pay $20 to $30 MAXIMUM for this project Please leave PM if interested.
