Build MVP social networking app like Tinder

I need an MVP built that is iOS/Android compatible. Idea is similar to tinder (geo location based, chat, match system only allow x amount of swipes for free account) and premium in app purchases. However there will be a few distinct features that will set it apart from tinder. I need an NDA signed to release more information about the app. All files will be uploaded to my developer account and files cannot be reused for any other app you develop.

I need someone who can also make the best recommendations for API's to use and server side needs.
