Write an iOS, android and web APP - read carefully!

We like to have a chat application like whatsapp and wetalk. If you do not provide LIVE apps in appstore, for review, we will not consider your offer! What we need is: 1- We need an app similar to wechat or whatsapp 2- !!!!!! Same features, both scripts have are minimal required !!!!! 3- The structure of apps should be powerful to handle million of users 4- The possibility of developing program for sticker shop for users, compressing AND ENCRYPTION of communication data in program,smart publicity (not meta data left, ssl keys managed by app and removed after sending the message so no trace left) 5- Making of ios and windows version of app !!!!! 6- Developing of webservice version of app !!!!! 7- Designing of user interface is very important. it should be simple and user friendly(we will provide you with some UI examples) 8- Multi language 9- REGULAR UPDATES MUST BE SHOWN 10- Specify the estimated time also! It must look VERY good, simular to mentioned apps and works stable. Your support must be suberb during and after the releases and willing to make new integrations.
