Iphone App: Activities search and suggestion

I need to develop Iphone app with next futures:
1. Register or login or login with facebook.
2. Suggest activity within category, allowing to take photo of it and attach it, make some description, add place of it on map. (activity after must be confirmed by administrator before appears on list).
3. User can find activities by selecting category or within all categories:
1) nearest to him
2) having best rating
(3 nearest and 3 best rated within radius selected by user.)
Activities list must include option to route from starting point and must show distance to it.
and few facebook integration options like after suggesting activity it must be posted on facebook wall, same with if user choosing to get route to it must be shown on facebook wall as well. (of course with selectable option list to turn it off or on).
Looking as well for long time relationship as we have more ideas for future.
