iOS/Android App for recording and uploading videos - repost

We need a developer with experience in App programming for this project. Please include in you bid links/info of Apps you have developed. This is an App for both Android 2+ and iOS 3+ Specs of the App may b found in the attached PDF. The goal of this app is to enable users to... 1. Record videos within the app and send them to a server, or 2. Select previously recorded videos that the user has in his cell phone video gallery and send them to a server The uploading process must be using FTP, HTTP or whatever you prefer, we dont care as long as the videos are sent and saved in our server. Please in your bid let us know what do you propose for the uploding process. Our server is a dedicated Linux with CentOS 6. The server information, FTP o HTTP connection must be saved in a file published in our server that the app must check everytime a user uploads a video. This is to avoid that the users need to update the App if we change the FTP access info or server destination. We are open to heard from you other strategies for doing this. A MySQL database must be created in our server with 3 tables... - Registered users in the App - Data of uploaded videos - IPs that admin has blocked, to avoid them uploading of videos. We will provide graphics and buttons to the selected coder. But we expect you use a modern UI. Since the app will be in Spanish, we will provide texts for every screen, to the selected coder. We need from you to give us Android APK and iOS ad hoc distribution for testing before publishing in the Apple/Google stores. We need your support to publish the app in Apple Store and Google Play. We already have the credentials for both stores.
