Highly skilled iOS Developer needed to make an iOS App

Need a custom mobile app made (quickly!)

I need someone who is very experienced in coding for iOS to create a feature rich, nice looking, mobile app that can be used on all iOS devices.

This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly.

Requirements:

-Someone who can not only program, but can also do the UI design

-Someone who has at least 300 hours on Odesk

-Someone who has a 5 star rating

-Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products

-Someone who speaks English well

The code has to be written in such a way that the all can be used for more than one app, all of the same type. For example, let's say the first app to be created is a "dog booth" app that allows people to put dog ears, noses, eyes, etc on their photo, while a second app can do the same with that of cats, and the third of another animal, etc. The functionality, layout, and user experience, as well as user interface will be the same, with only the Images,backgrounds, button colors, logos, categories, pieces, and context being replaced. The code should have extensive comments, indicating what and where replacing should take place. This will ensure that when the final project design is decided upon, we can easily replace the aforementioned items, without the assistance of programmers.

There will be in app purchases for each app, specifically the "pieces" for the categories. The app will come with a few items for free, but also show the purchasable items, with a lock icon next to them or ghosted out. When a user taps one of the pieces, they will be prompted with a message asking if they would like to purchase the items for a fee. Because the app will be based around in all purchases, the app itself will have all of the items in it, however, they will be locked until the user purchases them. This seems to be the best route to ensure a fast delivery of the in app purchases. These features can be seen in both "BeastFaceMashUp" as well as "Picturizr".

When the user chooses to export their photo, they will be presented with a screen that allows them to save it to camera roll, upload to Facebook or twitter. All images will be provided for testing of the apps functionality. This includes the app icons, launch images, backgrounds, buttons, etc. all will be provided in png and psd format, in the correct size, for each device and resolution. Therefore all that is needed to be done is the coding, allowing myself and colleagues to "plug-in" images, and do some mirror code amending when we figure out which app will launch first, as we are currently debating. During development, we can provide images to ensure the functionality of the app. I already have a developer account, therefore submission to the app store can be done by one or both parties, ensuring apple approves the functionality of the app, as well as all technical related issues. The app is not to have one error in the code, as indicated by Xcode showing red or yellow warnings signs, as this indicates flaws or possible bugs in the coding. As of now there is a beta of iOS 6 out, as well as a beta for Xcode, therefore the app should be tested and work flawlessly with iOS 6. I personally have two seat devices (iPhone 4S and iPad 3rd generation) therefore I can test the app on an iOS 6 device.

Examples of apps that have functionality close to what I want are BeastFaceMashUp, and Jersey booth.

I am a graphic designer and have all of the graphics/buttons completed.
